We really don't know who the award is going to, but we were thrilled to be nominated and be named a finalist for the first annual Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. It's a new award for 2015 and we're up against some great fellow Chamber members.
It's a new brand new award presented by the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. Here's a little more information in their own words.
Making its debut in 2015 is the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award, recognizing an individual, business or organization that best embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship, engages in responsible business practices and demonstrates a passion for innovation and success.
The Tempe Chamber will be making the final decision from among a total of three finalists. If you're reading this blog, then it's safe to assume you know who one of them is. The other two are Carine Dieudé, owner of Biostress Imagery, and Kelly Lorenzen, owner of All About Compression.
The winner of the inaugural 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year Award will be announced at the Beacon Awards on February 26th at 7:30 AM. It's a breakfast event to honor the nominees for this award, as well as the Business Excellence, The Spirit of Tempe, and Outstanding Community Leader Awards.
